AOBO's Best-Selling Patterns
Two application scenarios, two hero products. Here’s what our customers order the most.
Passage Area: Triangle & Christmas Tree Cow Mat

Our Triangle Pattern and Christmas Tree Pattern cow mats are the top choices for cattle walkways and feeding passages. The multi-directional raised pattern breaks water film and manure buildup on the surface, giving cows confident footing even on wet concrete. Both patterns are available in long rolls (up to 150m/roll) to minimize joints across large barns.
- Triangle Pattern: Thickness 17-25mm | Width 1.5m-2.10m | Length 150m/roll or customized
- Christmas Tree Pattern: Thickness 17-25mm | Width 1.44m-2.28m | Length 150m/roll or customized
- Back: Smooth | Surface: deep anti-slip grooves designed to stay effective even after years of hoof traffic
Bedding Area: Hammer-Wave Pattern/Hexagonal Pattern/Both Sides Fabric Impression Cow Mattress

For the lying area, our two most requested top-layer textures are the Hammer + S-Wave Pattern and the Hexagonal Pattern — both designed to increase surface contact and shock absorption where cows spend up to 14 hours a day lying down.
- Hammer-Wave Pattern: Top combines a hammer texture with an S-wave contour, back in fabric impression — softer contact feel, helps disperse pressure points on hocks and knees.
- Hexagonal Pattern: 5mm elastic rubber top layer + 15mm tire-rubber technology base — the honeycomb-shaped cells flex independently under the cow’s weight for a cushioned, non-slip surface.
- Both Sides Fabric Impression: Reversible feel texture on both faces, EP100 fabric inserted, top rubber thicker, design for long-term use.

What Makes AOBO Rubber Flooring Different
1.EP Fabric Reinforcement
Most of our cow mat rolls and cow mattress top covers can be reinforced with EP fabric embedded inside the rubber during vulcanization — not glued on afterward.
- Why it matters: Without fabric reinforcement, long rubber rolls can stretch or deform during shipping and installation, especially on rolls over 50m. EP fabric holds the rubber’s shape, keeps thickness consistent across the whole roll, and resists tearing where vehicles or heavy hoof traffic concentrate stress.
- Grades available: EP100/ EP150 / EP200 / EP300 (heavy-duty, double-layer insert for extra-long rolls or high-traffic feeding lanes).
- Ask our team which EP grade fits your barn traffic level — feeding lane, walking passage, or bedding area each has a different recommended grade.

2.Thicker Top Rubber Layer
we offer a noticeably thicker top rubber layer, built with EP fabric reinforcement inside. A thicker top layer means:
- Slower wear-through: the rubber has more material to abrade away before reaching the foam base, directly extending service life.
- Better tear resistance: thicker rubber resists sharp hoof edges and gravel embedded in bedding material better than thin covers.
- More consistent cushioning over time: thin covers can compress and lose shape faster; a thicker layer holds its profile longer, keeping the cushioning effect closer to day-one performance.
Recommended for high-traffic barns or farms that want to reduce replacement frequency — ask our team for the thickness option that matches your traffic level and budget.
3. One-Piece Vulcanization
AOBO rubber mats are not glued or laminated — the entire mat (and the fabric reinforcement inside it) is vulcanized as one piece under heat and pressure. This eliminates the delamination risk you get with glued multi-layer mats, even after years of moisture exposure and disinfectant cleaning.

4. Long Rolls, Fewer Seams
Cow mat rolls up to 150m and cow mattress top covers up to 250m mean fewer joints across a barn. Fewer seams = fewer places for manure and moisture to collect = easier disinfection and a more hygienic surface overall.
Dairy Rubber Flooring in Roll vs. in Sheet
Dairy Rubber Flooring in Rolls: the whole roll is quick to lay, saving time and effort, seamless and easy to clean, with drainage and water accumulation prevention, customizable size, and reducing waste.
Dairy Rubber Flooring in Sheets: modular design, two people can install, single piece replacement is convenient, and the maintenance cost is low.
Whether you choose roll or sheet, AOBO stable mats can provide the best solution for the ranch – a more hygienic environment, lower maintenance cost, and higher animal comfort!

Why Use AOBO Dairy Rubber Flooring
- Anti-slip: The surface of the rubber mat has a certain degree of roughness, which can effectively prevent cow from slipping. Shock-absorbent surface (even when wet) provides better traction and ease of movement for your cows.
- Wear-resistant: It can withstand the friction of the cow’s hooves and has a longer service life. highly durable, with long-term resistance to extreme weather conditions and heavy foot traffic.
- Improve the health and comfort of your cows – rubber mats are specially designed to offer comfort and support to your livestock, whilst the high-density natural rubber protects your floors.
- Sound insulation: It reduces the impact sound of the cow’s hooves on the ground and reduces the interference of noise to the cow.
- Heat preservation: It prevents the cow’s hooves from being stimulated by the cold ground and prevents diseases.
- Easy to clean and disinfect, save time cleaning stables and cowsheds every day. it generates no dust and requires no special maintenance.
- Create a more hygienic environment where bacteria can not hide and breed.
